Professional script writing is included with all our On Hold Marketing Packages. You can write your own script if you’d prefer and one of our scriptwriters will cast their eye over it to check the tone of voice and make any necessary improvements.

This depends on which package you purchase. Our most popular and recommended duration is 3 minutes of On Hold Audio; this will contain 6 separate marketing messages each around 20 seconds long, with 10 seconds of music between each message. Yes. As long as you have a business phone system with a hold feature.
If you’ve got a VoIP system, it’s as simple as uploading your files.
If you have an on-premise system, as long as you have an ‘MOH’ option on your phone system, you can have On Hold Messages. We will provide your audio in whichever file format your phone system supports. We also have Music On Hold Players if you need an external player for the music.
You can, however they are not always available when we need them, and using a well-known actor or actress involves a considerable cost increase.
We don’t recommend this as the audio needs to be studio quality, and it is harder than you might think to get the read, speed and intonation right – that’s why we leave it to our professionals who are voice scripts day in, day out!
In a similar way to using a famous actor or actress to voice a script, using a song that is well-known incurs considerable costs and would require you to have a PRS/PPL licence.
